Meet your guide​

Hyejin (they/them) is a queer, nonbinary, and Korean-American-adopted shaman-priest apprentice with experience in community organizing, harm reduction advocacy, and drug-use recovery groups. They're trained in cultural and structural competency and hold a master’s degree in public anthropology with a focus on health inequity and community care.

They are currently studying Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at VUIM and is a shaman-priest apprentice under Mudang Mi (@Themudangmi).

Hyejin has been professionally reading charts since 2023 and initiated since May 2026. Their fascination with and relationship to magic and spirituality sprouted in their late teens.
